1. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

• All orders are confirmed only after an advance payment (minimum 50%).
• Custom design orders require 100% advance payment before design work begins.

2. Cancellation Before Printing Starts

• Orders cancelled within 6 hours of confirmation → Eligible for full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
• Orders cancelled after 6 hours but before printing starts → Refund of advance minus 10–20% service fee.

3. Cancellation After Printing Has Started

• Once printing begins, cancellation is not allowed.
• If cancelled midway: Customer must pay for material used + machine time + electricity costs.

• No refund on the advance.

    (Printing time = real cost. This protects your production loss.)

4. Custom Design / CAD Work

• Design charges are non-refundable once design work has started.
• If the customer cancels after receiving the design preview:

                 Refund applicable only for the printing portion (if printing not started).

• STL files designed by us will not be shared unless fully paid.

5. Failed Prints / Technical Issues

• If print fails due to: 

                   > Machine error
                   > Technical defect
                   > Operator mistake

    → We will reprint at no extra cost.

• If failure happens due to:

                   > Poor STL provided by the customer

•  Wrong specifications given

    → Reprint will be charged.

6. Modification Policy

• Minor changes allowed before print starts.
• Major changes after slicing = treated as a new order.
• Changes during printing = not allowed.

7. Bulk Order

• Bulk/custom production orders require:
• 70% advance
• Cancellation is allowed only before the production batch begins.
• Once batch production starts, → No cancellation.

8. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds areprocessed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
