📅 Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window.

Return requests must be initiated within14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return :


  • The item must be unused
  • In its original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

🚫 Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Customized or personalized products (such as name keychains)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear
  • If you make any scratches on a painted model, then the refund may not be considered

These products are made specifically for the customer and are therefore final sale.

🚚 Return Shipping (Free)

  • Return shipping is FREE
  • Customers do not have to pay any return shipping charges
  • We will provide return instructions once the return request is approved
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Returns using Point of Sale (POS) do not apply.
